Are your sourdough products organic?

  • We offer both organic and non-organic sourdough products. Please check the product description for specific details.

Do you offer gluten-free options?

  • We do not. But, we know from experience that most gluten intolerant people can eat REAL sourdough products. This is because the frementation process of real sourdough deals with the gluten. Those little microbes in the start and dough, process the gluten for you, so that your body does not have to deal with it.
  • You can identify fake sourdough products by reading the ingredients labels. If you see “Yeast” and/or “Vinegar” it’s fake.

How should I store the sourdough products?

  • For best results, keep the sourdough products in a cool, dry place or freeze them for extended shelf life.
